<p class="title"><strong>About Richard Regal</strong></p> <p>A Chartered Accountant by training and inclination, I am also a non-practising barrister. I am currently the accounting manager at <a href="http://www.futuregencapital.com/" target="_blank">FutureGen Capital</a>. We are a bit like an investment bank except that we bail out governments rather than the other way round. Before that I was a Technical Manager at <acronym title="International Federation of Accountants">IFAC</acronym> (or to give it its full name, <cite>The International Federation of Accountants</cite>). Basically I spent most of my time making sure that there were rules that cover the way accountants are meant to behave and auditors are meant to audit.
